Description:

• Samsung SDS America is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to implement ServiceNow technology and develop scoped applications.
• The primary purpose of this role is to support the creation of the "Zero Touch Mobility" application.
• The candidate will be a key member of a growing team dedicated to building this unique application for enterprise customers.
• A strong understanding of the enterprise mobility ecosystem and applications, such as EMM and TEM, is a plus.
• Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing and maintaining integrations, and managing version control and release management.
• The role involves utilizing JIRA and PPM tools for project tracking and providing technical support for the application.
• The candidate may participate in customer-specific implementations and contribute to technical documentation.
• The position requires applying product development methodologies such as SCRUM and Agile.
• The developer will manage internal instances and stay current with ServiceNow best practices and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in implementing ServiceNow technology and developing scoped applications is necessary.
• Certification in ServiceNow application development is required, with additional certifications in ITSM and/or ITAM being desirable.
• Proficiency in GitHub, JIRA, and PPM is essential.
• A strong understanding of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) and workflow design is required.
• A fundamental understanding of Database Engineering and JavaScript data structures and algorithms is necessary.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server) is required.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills are essential.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment is necessary.
• Experience in creating certified scope applications is a strong plus.
