Description:
- Lead a team of developers to build features in the Shopify Plus ecosystem
- Mentor intermediate level developers to support team growth
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure project success
- Conduct technical discoveries and communicate solutions with clients and team
- Translate technical requirements and design mockups into top-notch experiences
- Implement new technologies to meet client goals
- Maintain reusable code and documentation for future use, optimization, and scalability
- Support the team with client-facing communication and calls
Requirements:
- 4+ years of eCommerce agency experience
- 2+ years of Shopify Plus ecosystem experience, including Liquid, theme customization, and data model
- Passion for leading-edge technology and implementing new best practices
- Ability to scope complex technical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and deliver accessible products
- Strong portfolio of quality builds
- Proficiency in development tooling like Git, SCSS, TailwindCSS, Webpack/Vite, and Figma
- Extensive experience with Modern Javascript and front-end frameworks like ReactJS
- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git
- Strong collaboration, time management, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
