The Senior Site Reliability Engineer will be responsible for keeping the ground segment infrastructure reliable, scalable, and maintainable.
This role involves close collaboration with development, operations, and IT teams to ensure integration, delivery, and reliability of services.

The role includes working with developers and satellite operator teams to develop a SatDevOps culture, supporting the internal team through effective diagnosis and implementation of new investigation tools, designing and maintaining scalable infrastructure, improving observability stacks, automating delivery systems, and educating on best practices for software development and monitoring.

Requirements:

Proficiency and technical experience in public cloud infrastructure, preferably in GCP.
Proficiency in Kubernetes architecture, deployment, operations, and resource optimization.
Experience in designing and architecting reliable, scalable systems.
Initial experience with Software Defined Network solutions.
Experience with implementing and supporting observability stacks, preferably with a focus on Grafana solutions.
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Go, Python, Rust, C/C++, or Java.
Strong understanding of DevOps methodology and practices, including CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaaC).

The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $225,000 per year, determined by location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
