The Senior Site Reliability Engineer will architect, operate, and improve the platform that the Garner Health app runs on.
This role reports to the VP of Platform Engineering (DevOps/SRE).
The position is remote, available for candidates comfortable working in the US.
Responsibilities include architecting, operating, improving, and securing the platform, boosting developer productivity, building systems to high engineering standards, researching and advocating for improved techniques, collaborating on strategic platform initiatives, supporting the platform in production, ensuring security according to regulatory requirements, and partnering with stakeholders for product performance.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience delivering software solutions.
A minimum of 4+ years of hands-on production work with cloud infrastructure, containers, monitoring, and alerting is required.
Candidates should have at least 3+ years of experience working in a security-conscious environment.
Expertise in leading and/or delivering cloud-first/only projects, preferably on AWS, is essential.
Candidates must have expertise with Terraform.
Experience with Kubernetes is required.
Proficiency in Go and Python, especially utilizing Kubernetes APIs, is necessary.

The target salary range for this position is $180,000 - $210,000, with individual compensation depending on qualifications and skills.
