Description:

  • The Senior Site Reliability Engineer will join the Site Reliability Engineering team at Invert, which is essential for ensuring software reliability, performance, and seamless delivery from code to customer.
  • Responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining scalable and secure cloud infrastructure as code.
  • The role involves developing and enforcing Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) to ensure software reliability.
  • The engineer will enable cost transparency and optimize infrastructure spending.
  • The position focuses on reducing cognitive load for product engineers by creating streamlined, efficient development workflows.
  • The engineer will build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines that accelerate the time from code to customer.
  • Creating and maintaining intuitive, comprehensive observability solutions for end-to-end system monitoring is also a key responsibility.
  • The role includes leading and continuously improving the Incident Management process and participating in the on-call rotation as a First Responder to quickly address and resolve system issues.
  • The engineer will develop and maintain incident response playbooks and post-mortem practices.
  • The position requires close collaboration with Software Engineers, Product, CX, Growth, and Sales teams, as well as the CTO office.
