Description:
The Senior Site Reliability Engineer will join the Site Reliability Engineering team at Invert, which is essential for ensuring software reliability, performance, and seamless delivery from code to customer.
Responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining scalable and secure cloud infrastructure as code.
The role involves developing and enforcing Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) to ensure software reliability.
The engineer will enable cost transparency and optimize infrastructure spending.
The position focuses on reducing cognitive load for product engineers by creating streamlined, efficient development workflows.
The engineer will build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines that accelerate the time from code to customer.
Creating and maintaining intuitive, comprehensive observability solutions for end-to-end system monitoring is also a key responsibility.
The role includes leading and continuously improving the Incident Management process and participating in the on-call rotation as a First Responder to quickly address and resolve system issues.
The engineer will develop and maintain incident response playbooks and post-mortem practices.
The position requires close collaboration with Software Engineers, Product, CX, Growth, and Sales teams, as well as the CTO office.
