Description:
- Multi Media LLC, the innovative company behind Chaturbate, is looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to enhance infrastructure resilience and optimize system performance.
- Responsibilities include performance analysis, software engineering, infrastructure modifications, predictive failure analysis, authoring new tools, collaborating with engineering teams, database administration, and incident response.
- The role involves working on both physical and cloud-based systems to ensure a safe and engaging online experience for 600 million users.
Requirements:
- A STEM degree and relevant experience as a Site Reliability Engineer are required.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and high proficiency in languages like C, C++, Java, Python, or Go are necessary.
- Strong Unix/Linux environment knowledge, networking expertise, database administration experience, and familiarity with DevOps tools like Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes are essential.
- On-call reporting and monitoring of core website functions are part of the responsibilities.
