Description:

• The company is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join the global Data & Analytics team.
• The mission of the Data & Analytics team is to empower customers with cutting-edge data analytics platforms and to deliver guided self-service platforms with seamless access and support.
• As a Site Reliability Engineer, the candidate will utilize their software engineering experience to automate IT operations tasks on the KNIME cluster, including change management, incident response, and system monitoring on both application and infrastructure layers.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of KNIME or similar tools such as Alteryx, Talend, Tableau Prep Builder, or SAP BODS is necessary.
• Professional experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration using OpenShift is required.
• Knowledge of Linux server operation is essential, with Ansible being a significant plus.
• Experience with New Relic and Splunk is required.
• The candidate should have experience working in a bottom-up organized, agile team.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Familiarity with MS Office 365, Jira, and SMT is preferred.
• Experience with distributed software delivery using SCCM is a plus.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python (e.g., Pandas) and SQL is required.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Power BI and Tableau is preferred.
• Experience with cloud services such as Azure and AWS is beneficial.
