Description:

The Senior Site Reliability Engineer will work with the SRE team and engineers to enhance the reliability, security, and cost-efficiency of products.
Responsibilities include infrastructure development in AWS and Google Cloud, collaborating with engineers and product leads to implement features, and proactively identifying areas for improvement in reliability and performance.
The role involves maintaining system uptime to meet service level objectives (SLO) and participating in incident handling and on-call rotations.
The position is remote but requires working in the Japan Standard Time (JST) timezone.

Requirements:

Candidates must have experience with infrastructure development in AWS and Google Cloud and the ability to propose architecture designs independently.
Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code tools, preferably Terraform, is required.
Candidates should be proficient in at least one backend programming language, such as Golang or Python.
Experience with container orchestration frameworks, preferably Kubernetes, is necessary.
A willingness to engage with unfamiliar codebases written in Rails, TypeScript, or Golang is expected.
Candidates must be able to work in Japan Standard Time, with some flexibility for partial JST overlap.
Business-level English skills are required.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from ¥8,000,000 to ¥10,000,000 per year.
