Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 5+ years of software engineering experience.
A strong understanding of data structures and algorithms, particularly regarding performance and reliability, is required.
Fluency in at least one programming language such as Golang, Ruby, Python, or JavaScript is necessary.
Strong skills in observability, debugging, and performance tuning are essential.
The ability to debug complex systems and a willingness to understand and improve any layer of the stack is required.
Experience with container orchestration systems (Docker, ECS, EKS) and monitoring tools (DataDog, Graphite, Grafana, Prometheus) is needed.
Deep knowledge of UNIX/Linux system internals, including system calls and TCP/IP, is required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly are essential.
Demonstrated critical thinking under pressure is necessary.
