Description:
The Uniswap Labs team is focused on building products that unlock value through universal exchange, envisioning a future with transparent, global, and equitable digital economies.
As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting, building, and maintaining the infrastructure.
You will lead initiatives to improve the reliability and scalability of services, collaborating with development, product, and security teams.
Your role includes establishing best practices, optimizing performance, and troubleshooting complex issues.
Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining systems for reliability, implementing CI/CD tools, developing monitoring strategies, conducting root cause analysis, and optimizing system performance.
You will work closely with various teams to integrate reliability practices and communicate updates on reliability metrics and incidents.
Staying updated on industry trends and continuously improving existing systems and processes will be part of your role.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
You must have 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or a related field.
A strong understanding of reliability engineering principles, practices, and tools is essential.
Proficiency in monitoring and alerting tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Nagios is required.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration systems (Kubernetes, Docker) is necessary.
You should be proficient in scripting and automation tools like Python, Bash, Ansible, or Terraform.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment are crucial.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead teams, are required.
Benefits:
The minimum full-time salary for this position is $198,000-$220,000, in accordance with New York City's Pay Transparency Law.
Full-time employees are eligible for additional compensation elements, including equity, tokens, and benefits based on position type.

A gym subsidy, 401(k) with a 4% employer contribution, and an annual $1,500 education stipend are provided.
