Description:

- The company is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of their cloud infrastructure for an evolved dating app.
- The role involves monitoring system health, responding to incidents, optimizing cloud resources, and implementing best practices for high availability and disaster recovery.
- Responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining the reliability and performance of AWS infrastructure for mobile and backend services, implementing and managing monitoring and alerting tools, collaborating with the DevOps team, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery strategies, investigating system failures, and conducting post-incident reviews.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 5+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) or in a similar role within a cloud environment.
- Expertise in AWS cloud services, including EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, and CloudWatch is required.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation, as well as automation, is a must-have.
