Description:

• Seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Engineer with expertise in O365 Administration, Windows System Administration, Advanced Troubleshooting, and PowerShell Scripting.
• Responsibilities include serving as an SME in O365 and Windows System Administration, conducting advanced troubleshooting, developing PowerShell scripts, supporting VOIP systems, managing RMM and PSA tools, and providing guidance to junior team members.
• The role involves communicating with clients and vendors over the phone or email.

Requirements:

• Experience in an MSP environment.
• Proficiency in O365 Administration, Windows System Administration, and advanced troubleshooting.
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, knowledge of VOIP systems, and understanding of network infrastructure.
• Familiarity with RMM and PSA platforms like Datto and Halo.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies, strong communication skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
