Remote Senior SME/L3+ MSP IT Engineer | WFH | Benefits 150k + DOE

Description:

• Seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Engineer with expertise in O365 Administration, Windows System Administration, Advanced Troubleshooting, and Scripting (especially PowerShell).
• Responsibilities include serving as an SME in O365 and Windows System Administration, conducting advanced troubleshooting, developing and maintaining scripts, supporting VOIP systems, managing RMM and PSA tools, and providing guidance to junior team members.
• The role involves communicating with clients and vendors over the phone or via email.

Requirements:

• Experience working in an MSP environment.
• Proficiency in O365 Administration, Windows System Administration, and advanced troubleshooting.
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, experience with VOIP systems, and a good understanding of network infrastructure.
• Familiarity with RMM and PSA platforms like Datto and Halo.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies, excellent communication skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
