The role involves working with an Egypt-based grocery delivery startup that has rapidly expanded since its founding in 2017, now offering thousands of daily essentials with a tech-driven supply chain.
Responsibilities include designing scalable software solutions, leading multi-sprint projects, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality code.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in a software engineering role.
They should be experts in estimating effort for execution and possess strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
The ability to lead big/multi-sprint projects and ensure deliverables are met is essential.
Proven experience in writing technical specifications, tickets, and tasks is required.
Candidates must effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team members.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently are necessary.
