Description:

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to lead the development, customization, and integration of our new CRM system.
This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless transition, optimizing workflows, and leveraging technology to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the development, configuration, and deployment of our new CRM system, ensuring alignment with business needs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Compliance, and IT, to enhance CRM functionality and user experience.
- Optimize data management, automation, and reporting to support business intelligence and decision-making.
- Ensure the CRM system adheres to security, compliance, and data privacy standards, especially within the collections industry.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and best practices to junior developers and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum performance.
- Stay up to date with emerging CRM technologies and software development trends to drive innovation.

Requirements:

5+ years of software development experience, with a focus on CRM platforms.
Strong proficiency in backend development languages (C#, Python, Java, or equivalent) and frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
Experience with RESTful APIs, database management (SQL, NoSQL), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Understanding of data security, compliance, and regulatory requirements in financial services or collections.
