The Senior Software Developer will guide their team in technical and delivery excellence, leading and mentoring across multiple workstreams.

Requirements:
Candidates must have 7+ years of software development and design experience in an Enterprise or equivalent environment, particularly with .Net-based solutions and Azure cloud services.
Excellent programming and software architecture skills are required.
An ownership mindset, self-motivation, and a passion for continuous learning are essential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
Proficiency in C# .Net, SQL, and Microsoft SQL Server is required.
Experience in designing, building, testing, and supporting scalable applications with n-tier architecture is needed.
In-depth knowledge of API development, Blazor or React, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript) is required.
Candidates should have sound knowledge of CI/CD practices and strong communication and collaboration skills.
The ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences clearly is essential.
Mentoring and coaching experience with junior engineers is preferred.
