Description:

  • The Senior Software Developer will guide their team in technical and delivery excellence, leading and mentoring across multiple workstreams.
  • Responsibilities include building well-architected software, meeting sprint goals, understanding product domains, and representing user interests in collaboration with product and design partners.
  • The developer will foster good Agile practices, support team growth through mentorship, and solve complex problems effectively.
  • The position requires operating in a rapidly evolving environment while maintaining a business-minded and product-oriented focus.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 7+ years of software development and design experience in an Enterprise or equivalent environment, particularly with .Net-based solutions and Azure cloud services.
  • Excellent programming and software architecture skills are required.
  • An ownership mindset, self-motivation, and a passion for continuous learning are essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in C# .Net, SQL, and Microsoft SQL Server is required.
  • Experience in designing, building, testing, and supporting scalable applications with n-tier architecture is needed.
  • In-depth knowledge of API development, Blazor or React, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript) is required.
  • Candidates should have sound knowledge of CI/CD practices and strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • The ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences clearly is essential.
  • Mentoring and coaching experience with junior engineers is preferred.
