Everway is seeking a Senior Software Developer to lead and mentor a team in technical and delivery excellence.
The role involves guiding multiple workstreams and supporting the software development lifecycle, including devops.
Collaboration with Product and Design teams is essential to create the best products and user experiences.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 7+ years of software development and design experience in an Enterprise or equivalent environment, particularly with .Net-based solutions and Azure cloud services.
Strong programming and software architecture skills are essential.
An ownership mindset, self-motivation, and a passion for continuous improvement and learning are required.
Applicants should possess strong knowledge of C# .Net, SQL, and Microsoft SQL Server.
Experience in designing, building, testing, and supporting scalable applications with n-tier architecture is necessary.
In-depth knowledge of API development, Blazor or React, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript) is required.
Candidates should have sound knowledge of CI/CD practices and strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
A history of mentoring and coaching junior engineers is also essential.
