• Irosoft is hiring a Senior Software Developer to join its growing team in Canada.
• The successful candidate will participate in development projects for document management software products applied to the legislative field.

• Technologies that may be used include .NET, Microsoft SQL Server, C#, Java, Delphi, ACL (Arbortext Editor), ACE, xunit, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, ExtJS, Vue.JS, Vuetify, Bootstrap, MS SQL, TeraText, MS Access, Powershell, Perl, JMeter, XML, XSL, DTD, JSON, FinalBuilder, InstallShield, SVN, Git, DevOps, and Owasp Zap.
• The candidate will work on the LIMS (Legislative Information Management System) solution, assisting various governmental entities in managing the lifecycle of laws and regulations.
• The position allows for remote work from anywhere in Canada.
• Daily responsibilities include analyzing, developing, improving, and maintaining document management applications, participating in all phases of the development cycle, estimating development efforts, designing robust architectures, proposing innovative solutions, developing reusable components, migrating applications to cloud environments, collaborating with teams, and maintaining technical documents.

Requirements:

• The candidate must have at least 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar discipline is required.
• Strong analytical skills are necessary.
• Advanced knowledge of C#, .NET / .NET Core technologies, and MSSQL databases is essential.
• Good knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is required.
• Familiarity with XML, XSL, and XSLT technologies is necessary.
• Experience with version management and development tools like Git, DevOps, and SVN is required.
• Knowledge of application architecture, including cloud computing and SOA, is essential.
• Familiarity with Agile and SCRUM development methodologies is required.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
• The ability to work effectively in a collaborative remote environment is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Proficiency in both English and French, both written and verbal, is mandatory.
• The candidate must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
