Remote Senior Software Developer ( Architecture )

Description:

• The Senior Software Developer will lead and implement foundational changes and refactoring to support growth and improvements to the platform architecture.
• They will contribute to transitioning the application to a service-based architecture.
• Collaborate with Architects, Tech Leads, and Product Managers to propose scalable solutions to business problems.
• Mentor and coach other developers, provide technical guidance, and foster knowledge-sharing.
• Contribute to the API strategy and support teams in designing and developing the latest version of the customer-facing API.
• Explore next-generation technologies to solve technical challenges.
• Enhance system performance and elevate platform responsiveness and efficiency.
• Drive strategic upgrades to ensure the platform stays ahead of industry trends.

Requirements:

• Passion for technology and collaboration with business and development teams.
• Proficiency in both frontend and backend development.
• Strong understanding of testing best practices.
• Ability to guide technical design discussions and facilitate decision-making.
• Proficiency in designing RESTful APIs.
• Experience with agile development using Scrum or Kanban.
• Knowledge of web technology stacks.
• Experience with MySQL, PHP, and React is a plus.
