The position is for a Senior Software Engineer who will work on new projects with full autonomy.
Responsibilities include implementing and documenting new software applications and components, understanding the broader technical and business contexts of code, participating in code and technical design reviews, and working on medium to large projects from development to production.
The Senior Software Engineer will also research new technologies, ensure high testability and quality of software, troubleshoot defects, and help build Scrum processes and an agile culture within the company.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 4+ years of Full-stack enterprise Software Engineering experience.
Experience in a dynamic, agile environment with minimal supervision is required.
Proficiency in Python/Django is necessary.
A creative and driven mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity is essential.
Candidates should have extreme problem-solving skills and superb communication skills.
A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field is required.
Perfect English skills, both written and oral, are mandatory.
Candidates must be able to accommodate in Istanbul.
