Description:
As a Senior Software Developer II - Full Stack at BLEN, you will play a crucial role in designing, architecting, and developing scalable digital solutions.
You will collaborate closely with the tech lead, making key technical decisions to align with overall product and business goals.
The role requires deep technical expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, including cloud services, system architecture, and AI toolings.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient, maintainable systems and architectures, as well as building prototypes and proof of concepts.
Additionally, you will lead high-complexity projects, diagnose and solve technical issues, and work with modern tech stacks and cloud platforms.
Mentoring junior engineers, providing technical guidance, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation are also key aspects of this role.
Communication skills are essential for presenting design documents, technical solutions, and strategies to clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
You will drive process improvements, champion best practices in system design, and stay updated on emerging technologies in AI and cloud computing to foster innovation within the organization.
Requirements:
10+ years of engineering experience with a proven track record of designing and developing scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems and architectures.
Extensive experience in full stack development using Python, React, Next.js, Node.js, Java, or Ruby on Rails.
Hands-on experience with Python and AI toolings, containerization technologies like Docker, orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, and relational and NoSQL databases.
Proficiency in integrating external APIs and third-party services, managing cloud services with AWS, Azure, or GCP, and version control systems like Git.
Strong problem-solving skills in diagnosing and resolving complex system issues related to distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and application performance.
Preferred skills include prior experience leading engineering teams, building AI applications, familiarity with DevOps tools, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
