The Onboarding team plays a crucial role in improving the experience for clinics, ensuring a smooth start from sign-up to realizing platform benefits.
Responsibilities include refreshing workflows, using data to enhance experiences, and creating personalized onboarding journeys, particularly for mental health providers.
Contribute to the codebase as a hands-on engineer and lead technical projects that align with the company’s engineering vision.
Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional groups to ship impactful features that directly affect customers.
Make effective tradeoffs considering business priorities, user experience, and a sustainable technical foundation.
Own and contribute to the technical direction for the Onboarding team.
Requirements:
A University Degree in Computer Science or a STEM Degree plus approximately 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer.
Relevant experience (typically 3+ years) may substitute for a formal degree, demonstrating equivalent technical expertise.
Significant depth and domain experience at a Senior level, with a track record of leading impactful projects across multiple organizations.
Proven ability in leading technical design, architecture, and delivering medium to high-complexity projects with a solid understanding of software development methodologies.
Experience in coaching and mentoring junior and intermediate developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Proactively identify and address technical challenges to ensure smooth project delivery with scalable, maintainable solutions.
Demonstrate adaptability to learn new technologies and contribute across multiple domains, with a strong sense of ownership for team deliverables.
Benefits:
The role offers a minimum annual salary of $123,600 and a maximum of $193,000, with a typical starting salary of $146,700 for fully accomplished candidates.
Compensation is designed to grow with the employee's development and contributions to the company.
