Requirements:

A University Degree in Computer Science or a STEM field, or equivalent experience with at least 5+ years as a Software Engineer.
Significant experience at a Senior level, leading impactful projects across multiple organizations.
Proven ability in technical design, architecture, and delivering medium to high-complexity projects.
Experience in coaching and mentoring junior developers, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and ensure smooth project delivery.
In-depth experience with observability tools (e.g., Datadog, New Relic) and various data stores (e.g., Postgres, MySQL).
Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerized application development (Docker), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
Experience with automated test suites (e.g., RSpec, Jest) and proficiency in Ruby on Rails, with openness to other languages like Java, C#, Python, and NodeJS.

The role offers a minimum annual salary of $123,600 and a maximum of $193,000, with a starting salary of $146,700 for fully accomplished candidates.
