Requirements:

• Extensive experience in building scalable platforms
• Strong understanding of development best practices, modern technologies, and design patterns
• Proficiency in modern frontend technologies like React, Typescript, and bundling tools
• 5-8 years of experience shipping high-quality products with at least 4 years of frontend experience
• Ability to work cross-functionally and earn trust from colleagues at all levels
• Experience mentoring and growing senior engineers
• Focus on user experience and ease of use in product development
• Experience with financial product companies and interest in financial products and markets (nice to have)
