Requirements:
Extensive experience in building scalable platforms
Strong understanding of development best practices, modern technologies, and design patterns
Proficiency in modern frontend technologies like React, Typescript, and bundling tools
5-8 years of experience shipping high-quality products with at least 4 years of frontend experience
Ability to work cross-functionally and earn trust from colleagues at all levels
Experience mentoring and growing senior engineers
Focus on user experience and ease of use in product development
Experience with financial product companies and interest in financial products and markets (nice to have)
