Description:

Filevine is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer specializing in front-end development to work remotely within the United States.
The role involves leading a small team responsible for building and innovating major new and existing product features.
The engineer will coordinate with team management and quality assurance personnel on the release of new features.
Responsibilities include building reusable, quality code and libraries, implementing best practices in UI/UX, performance, and accessibility, and participating in feature planning.
The interview process includes an initial interview to get to know each other, followed by a technical interview to assess technical understanding.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of front-end development experience with demonstrated proficiency in programming languages identified in Filevine’s stack, including C#, .NET, JavaScript, and AngularJS/Svelte.
A portfolio or experience demonstrating user interface and user experience skills is required.
The ability to work remotely and independently while collaborating with non-technical stakeholders is essential.
Candidates should be willing to learn and understand users’ challenges and how their work will directly affect end users.
The ability to take direction from management and educate stakeholders as needed is also required.
