5+ years of experience in web-based application development.
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, .Net, React, Django, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor other engineers.
Proficiency in code review, testing, and documentation.
Understanding of software architecture and design principles.
