As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work closely with the CEO and CTO to bring products from 0 to 1.
You will have the autonomy to steer key architectural decisions and institute engineering best practices.

Requirements:

You must take full responsibility for project deliverables, demonstrate initiative, and proactively solve challenges.
A minimum of 4 years of intense experience with backend software development is required.
You should have experience in web application development and demonstrate mastery in at least one language or framework.
You will need to create and maintain CRUD API endpoints and work with relational databases.
Familiarity with Docker, Azure, or GCP is necessary.
You must be able to navigate engineering tradeoffs effectively, balancing speed with quality.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent hands-on experience in a software development role is required.

The position offers fully remote work within the US, providing flexibility.
Competitive compensation ranges from $120,000 to $200,000, along with a generous equity package of 0.25% to 1.5%.
