Description:
The Senior Backend Software Engineer will join the Incident Response team at Semperis and contribute to the development of a new SaaS-based product.
Responsibilities include participating in the development and design of a new cloud-based software product, writing stable and scalable code packaged as microservices, and engaging in code reviews.
The role involves collaborating with the product owner and other stakeholders to deliver the latest security and identity products.
The position offers the opportunity to work with advanced technologies, participate in the design and implementation of the new product, and be part of a new team.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in C# with a demonstrated ability to produce production-ready code at a company of comparable size and complexity.
Experience with containerized applications in Kubernetes within a CI/CD environment using Azure DevOps or a similar platform.
Expertise in working within a microservice architecture, with knowledge of both asynchronous and synchronous GRPC/HTTP-based requests.
Familiarity with event-based messaging systems like Service-Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka, as well as document databases such as Cosmos, Couch, or Mongo.
Proficiency in data modeling, agile development methodologies, and modern cloud-based infrastructure like Azure/AWS.
Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team environment, and high work ethic.
