The company is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build new products and develop capabilities for users, specifically for their recently announced product, Smart Spend.
The role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable applications in a microservice architecture using modern technologies like Kubernetes.
Responsibilities include collaborating with product managers and UX to create innovative solutions, understanding requirements from both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and contributing to team meetings.
The engineer will stay updated with industry trends and continuously evolve their skills to drive innovation within the team.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in designing, implementing, monitoring, and debugging large-scale solutions in cloud-based environments.
Experience in building web applications at scale is necessary.
Familiarity with LEAN product development and Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban is required.
Candidates should have experience in building robust applications with event-based, microservices architecture.
A strong understanding of SOLID design principles and design patterns is essential.
Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with databases like Postgres or MySQL is required.
Experience with Kubernetes and Argo CD is necessary.
Candidates should have experience working with cloud technologies such as AWS or GCE.
Strong experience in JavaScript frameworks like Node.js, Next.js, and/or NestJS is required.
Experience in building fintech solutions and writing front-end components using React is necessary.
Strong teamwork and documentation skills are essential.
