Remote Senior Software Engineer

Description:

• BigID is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their development team, focusing on solutions for data security, compliance, privacy, and governance.
• The candidate will be responsible for designing logic solutions to complex challenges for enterprise customers, writing high-quality code, and driving technological and architectural decisions.
• The role involves working with Node.js and Java, with a willingness to learn Node.js if only familiar with Java.
• The position requires reviewing other team members' designs and code, as well as having at least 5 years of backend development experience and 2 years of SaaS project development experience.
• Deep understanding of API protocols like REST, JDBC, and authentication and authorization protocols such as OAuth, SAML, and JWT is essential.
• Experience in Agile development is a must.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in backend development with Node.js and Java (willingness to learn Node.js)
• Minimum 2 years of development experience with SaaS projects
• Deep understanding of API protocols (REST, JDBC, etc.)
• Solid knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols like OAuth, SAML, and JWT
• Experience in Agile development
