Description:
Grow Therapy is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their team on a mission to support therapists and patients in accessing high-quality mental healthcare.
The role involves working on various product areas such as the provider portal, marketplace, client experience, infrastructure, and operations using technologies like Flask/Python, React/TypeScript, and AWS.
Responsibilities include developing a cost estimation and eligibility checking platform, enhancing note-taking experiences for providers, and optimizing search ranking and performance at scale.
The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of engineering experience, full-stack web development skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, a product-focused mindset, leadership qualities, and a collaborative nature.
Bonus points for experience with React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, Flask, and involvement in interesting side projects.
The position offers a salary range of $168,000 to $220,000 per year.
Requirements:
4+ years of engineering experience with a track record of building and scaling systems.
Proficiency in full-stack web development, including working with REST APIs, web frameworks, HTML, CSS, JS, and at least one backend language.
Experience in startups or side projects, demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit.
Ability to think through a user-centric lens and participate in product and design decisions.
Strong leadership skills, persistence, and motivation to achieve goals.
Collaborative nature, enjoying teamwork and being a supportive partner to colleagues.
