The company seeks a Senior Software Engineer to join their dynamic IT team.
The successful candidate will develop impactful healthcare technology using a modern tech stack and full stack software engineering expertise.
Responsibilities include working on collaborative, agile teams to build and enhance a growing software platform.
The engineer will be responsible for end-to-end feature releases and platform enhancements.
They will actively support the technical design process and contribute to feature design, development, testing, and delivery of the cloud platform and web applications.
The role involves supporting all parts of the platform from the database to the frontend and discovering new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
The engineer will contribute to a culture of testing and quality by maintaining comprehensive test coverage and ensuring healthcare security.
Mentorship for junior engineers on the team is also a key aspect of the role.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience is required.
A minimum of 6 years of experience in the software development lifecycle is required.
Backend experience using Java is necessary.
Experience with React and TypeScript is a plus, but not required.
Hands-on experience with test frameworks such as Cypress, Jest, Mocha, JUnit, or Cucumber is a plus, but not required.
Experience building applications on NoSQL technologies is a plus, but not required.
Prior experience in healthcare and life sciences is a plus, but not required.
The candidate should be a team player interested in a fast-paced startup environment.
