Description:
Roster is hiring a senior full stack .NET Developer to enhance their platform by developing new features and products.
The ideal candidate will create unique solutions to complex problems and collaborate with the CTO to define Roster’s product roadmap.
You will have the opportunity to own products and services throughout the software lifecycle.
The role involves interfacing with partners for requirements gathering, implementation, testing, and deployment.
You will collaborate with, mentor, and assist Junior Developers on the team.
The position offers numerous opportunities for growth and direct interaction with the CTO to drive projects and inform the architecture of Roster’s technology.
Responsibilities include participating in technical design, development, testing, debugging, and implementation of enhancements to Roster’s platform.
Requirements:
Candidates must have superior communication skills, a growth mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a 100% remote environment.
A verifiable history of meeting goals and being an exceptional individual performer and teammate is required.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience with C#, .NET, and SQL Server is necessary.
Expert-level experience with .NET Core is required.
Candidates must be able to solve and effectively communicate complex business problems.
Comfort in working independently and remotely while managing multiple projects and priorities is essential.
An ability to experiment, execute, and maintain a strong desire to learn is required.
