Description:

  • Roster is hiring a senior full stack .NET Developer to enhance their platform by developing new features and products.
  • The ideal candidate will create unique solutions to complex problems and collaborate with the CTO to define Roster’s product roadmap.
  • You will have the opportunity to own products and services throughout the software lifecycle.
  • The role involves interfacing with partners for requirements gathering, implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • You will collaborate with, mentor, and assist Junior Developers on the team.
  • The position offers numerous opportunities for growth and direct interaction with the CTO to drive projects and inform the architecture of Roster’s technology.
  • Responsibilities include participating in technical design, development, testing, debugging, and implementation of enhancements to Roster’s platform.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have superior communication skills, a growth mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a 100% remote environment.
  • A verifiable history of meeting goals and being an exceptional individual performer and teammate is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience with C#, .NET, and SQL Server is necessary.
  • Expert-level experience with .NET Core is required.
  • Candidates must be able to solve and effectively communicate complex business problems.
  • Comfort in working independently and remotely while managing multiple projects and priorities is essential.
  • An ability to experiment, execute, and maintain a strong desire to learn is required.
