Description:
- Join a fast-paced, collaborative, agile software engineering team at Cohere Health to work on building and enhancing a growing software platform
- Take responsibility for end-to-end feature releases and platform enhancements
- Contribute to technical design processes, making data-driven decisions
- Participate in feature design, development, testing, and delivery of cloud platform and web applications
- Support all aspects of the platform from the database to the frontend
- Stay updated on new technologies and services to improve development efficiency
- Uphold best practices such as comprehensive test coverage to ensure quality and attention to detail
- Contribute to maintaining a disciplined approach to healthcare security
- Mentor junior engineers on the team
Requirements:
- Experience in software development teams, building and deploying full stack web applications
- Passion for building quality products with excellent design and development standards
- Ability to collaborate with product and design teams to create applications with high-quality user experience
- Familiarity with software development practices like version control, unit testing, and CI/CD
- Team player mindset suitable for a fast-paced startup environment
