The Senior Software Engineer will work within a small, multi-disciplinary team to build and maintain high-quality applications and features.
Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting code reviews, and managing MySQL databases.
The role involves writing documentation, troubleshooting software issues, and collaborating with customer support to prioritize bugs and feature requests.

Requirements:

Candidates must have proven experience as a Senior Engineer with in-depth knowledge of JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks, particularly React and/or NextJS.
Experience in writing tests using frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library, as well as regression test suites like Cypress, is required.
A sound understanding of SDLC processes, SOLID principles, OOP, and design patterns is essential.
Candidates should have solid experience in communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and a willingness to expand backend skills.
A strong growth mindset and a passion for social justice are necessary.
Ability to design on-the-go and solve challenges independently is important.
Bonus points for experience with IaC principles, AWS services, GraphQL, and PHP frameworks like Laravel or Symfony.

The position offers a salary range of $130-150K per annum plus superannuation.
