The Senior Software Engineer will focus on developing secure, scalable, and maintainable cloud services.
This role involves collaborating across teams and contributing to the growth of generative AI capabilities.
The engineer will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver customer-centric solutions.
Mentoring and supporting team members in a collaborative and inclusive environment is a key responsibility.
The position requires developing cloud services using technologies like C#, Kafka, Terraform, TypeScript, and React.
The engineer will collaborate with the AI enablement team on Python-based services and prompt engineering for generative AI.
Continuous updates to production will be delivered to create incremental customer value.
The role includes partnering with product managers and designers to address open-ended customer challenges.
The engineer will work with other teams on technical improvements, larger initiatives, and production operations.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience designing, developing, and operating cloud software at scale is required.
Experience with building generative AI product features is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
The ability to collaborate effectively in flat, cross-functional teams is essential.
Strong decision-making skills, informed by team goals, domain knowledge, and engineering principles, are required.
The candidate must have the capability to manage risk, ambiguity, and dependencies effectively.
A growth mindset with a strong sense of ownership is important.
Experience working with distributed teams in global engineering organizations is preferred.
