Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of hands-on technical experience is required.
Relevant experience in designing, building, maintaining, and extending large-scale production systems is essential.
Deep expertise in React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB is necessary.
Proven leadership skills are required, including the ability to challenge with candor and inspire team members.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are needed for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Bonus qualifications include experience with AWS, prior open-source contributions, and experience in building responsive designs.
