Description:

  • Dental Intelligence is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join their remote team.
  • The role involves end-to-end planning, building, and deploying of software systems.
  • Responsibilities include developing well-constructed, testable code and driving software development through the entire SDLC.
  • The engineer will prioritize and resolve bugs to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • The position requires maintaining compliance with industry standards, including secure coding practices and HIPAA/PCI compliance.
  • The candidate will provide technical leadership to a team of developers, fostering a collaborative environment.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with 6+ years of experience is required; or 10+ years of experience without a degree.
  • Strong command of Object-Oriented Programming principles and Design Patterns is essential.
  • A solid understanding of various programming tools, including IDEs, dependency resolvers, Docker, and package managers is necessary.
  • Experience in developing web-side applications, particularly Web APIs using REST, GraphQL, and gRPC is required.
  • Familiarity with Pub/Sub and cloud-based bus solutions is needed.
  • Prior experience with data synchronization or data migration models is important.
  • Proficiency in using source control tools like Git is required.
  • Experience in writing effective unit tests is necessary.
  • Familiarity with cloud development resources, preferably in Azure, is required.
  • The candidate should have experience creating maintainable and scalable solutions.
  • Experience as a solution architect and the ability to utilize Infrastructure as Code is necessary.
  • Knowledge of SQL and Relational Databases is required.
  • A willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing priorities is essential.
  • The candidate must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment and assist in testing and automating test cases as needed.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in US-English are required.
