As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for building and deploying innovative features that enhance customer experiences.

Your role will involve driving your squad to develop critical features, collaborating with designers and product managers, writing automated tests, developing web applications, conducting testing and code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers.
Requirements:
You must be a highly skilled Software Development Engineer with typically 6+ years of experience, though technical expertise is prioritized over years of experience.
Experience in server-side and RESTful API development and integration is required.
Proficiency in at least one OOP language, such as Python, Java, or PHP, is necessary; Ruby skills will be developed upon joining.
Proven experience in implementing, maintaining, and deploying full-stack web technologies is essential.
A strong understanding of best practice software engineering processes, testing, and Agile methodology is required.
You should be a team player who prioritizes colleagues and has an adaptable approach to work.
Good verbal and written English skills are necessary.
A passion for learning, sharing knowledge, and mentoring teammates is important.
