Remote Senior Software Engineer

Description:

• The Senior Software Engineer position at User Interviews is a fully remote role where you will be part of a team that values remote culture, continuous improvement, and user feedback.
• You will work on a full-stack role with an emphasis on backend engineering, databases, data model, and API design to shape the technical strategy of the team.
• Responsibilities include leading or contributing to project planning and delivery, participating in the full product life cycle, collaborating cross-functionally with various teams, and improving engineering and product organization.
• The tech stack includes React, Webpack, TypeScript, Ruby on Rails, Sidekiq, ActiveInteraction, RSpec, ElasticSearch, Postgres, hosted on Heroku using Github for CI and automated testing.

Requirements:

• 3-10 years of industry experience as a full stack engineer.
• At least 1 year of experience with Rails and React, working on a large, complex web app in production.
• Experience designing and leading large technical projects for engineering teams.
• Must be located in the United States and authorized to work without any Visa sponsorship.
