Description:

The Senior Software Engineer position at Multi Media LLC involves primarily focusing on backend development tasks using Django, with occasional frontend work using Typescript and Javascript.
Responsibilities include upgrading and maintaining core components such as Python, Django, Redis, and Celery, advocating for security and coding best practices, and conducting thorough code reviews.
The role also entails helping other engineering teams design new apps and components, researching and integrating new technologies into the tech stack, and optimizing Docker configuration for local and testing environments.

Requirements:

Deep knowledge of programming fundamentals including algorithms, data structures, design patterns, and paradigms.
Highly experienced with Django and understanding of its inner workings.
Proven experience in system design and strong understanding of industry best practices.
Strong DevOps knowledge, proficiency in setting up and managing Linux servers.
Experience in developing and shipping applications through Docker and familiarity with containers.
Comfortable with cloud technologies like AWS, GCP, etc.
Professional experience with front-end technologies like Javascript and Typescript.
Proficient in web and system security practices.
