Remote Senior Software Engineer

Description:

• The Senior Software Engineer at Nabis will play a crucial role in the company's growth phase by contributing to building a technology-first platform for the cannabis industry.
• Responsibilities include developing full-stack solutions using various technologies, designing scalable back-end components, creating user-friendly interfaces, and ensuring code quality through testing.
• The role involves participating in the entire development lifecycle, collaborating with the product team, and mentoring other team members.

Requirements:

• A B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience is required.
• Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in React, Node.js, REST/GraphQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in building Service-based/Microservice architectures using Docker and Kubernetes, along with exposure to AWS technologies, is necessary.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Gitlab and APM/observability tools such as Datadog is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail are essential for this role.
