Remote Senior Software Engineer

• As a Senior Software Engineer, you will modernize Compliance, Fleet, and Driver management solutions for Enterprise customers.
• Your responsibilities will include building scalable infrastructure, APIs/services, and collaborating with a passionate team to impact the trucking industry.
• You will design, document, and deliver scalable solutions while writing secure and maintainable code.
• The role involves launching and supporting features for the trucking industry, building monitoring and logging systems, and providing on-call support for production services.
• You will also mentor and learn from other developers within the engineering organization.

Requirements:

• A degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is required.
• You should have 3-6 years of software development experience.
• Experience in building product infrastructure, distributed systems, and data models is necessary.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Ruby on Rails, Go Lang, Java, or Javascript/Node.js is required.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis, and Cassandra, is essential.
• Experience with Cloud Infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or private clouds is needed.
