Description:

LogicManager is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their remote team in the United States.
The role involves building innovative features for their leading risk management platform in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Responsibilities include contributing to the design and development of standout features, collaborating with UX designers and product architects, and ensuring high-quality work through code reviews and thorough testing.
The engineer will actively participate in the agile development process to improve efficiency and explore new technologies to keep the tech stack up-to-date.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 6+ years of hands-on experience in developing customer-facing products.
An undergraduate degree is required for this position.
Proficiency in modern Javascript frameworks or libraries such as React, along with solid backend skills in Java and RESTful APIs (AJAX, JSON), is essential.
Familiarity with CI/CD processes and Agile methodologies is necessary.
Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills are required, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates should demonstrate initiative, guide junior engineers, and ensure attention to detail.
Work eligibility in the US is mandatory, as sponsorship is not available.
Preferred qualifications include deep front-end experience with React, experience with Typescript, and familiarity with Spring, Hibernate, SQL, and modern cloud-based SaaS development.
