Responsibilities include writing clean and maintainable code, contributing to system design, monitoring production systems, reviewing pull requests, and taking initiative as a technical leader.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of software development experience with fluency in Python 3 is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
A solid understanding of relational databases and ORM tools, such as SQLAlchemy, is essential.
Hands-on experience in building REST APIs using frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, or Django is required.
Experience in designing and building large systems, including microservices, queues, and schedules, is necessary.
Strong experience with test-driven development and writing functional/integration tests is required.
Familiarity with AWS services, including Lambda, SQS, and ECS, is essential.
Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools to support automated testing and deployment pipelines is required.
Preferred qualifications include experience with Large Language Models (LLM) and implementing standard patterns, experience deploying services using infrastructure-as-code tools, and experience querying datalakes or SIEMs.
A background in cybersecurity or experience working with security operations teams is preferred.
Familiarity with security data, such as endpoint and network logs, is a plus.
