COMPLY is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their team of over 300 innovators in a remote, full-time position.
The company focuses on helping compliance professionals navigate regulatory environments through technology, consulting, and education.
Responsibilities include leading and mentoring junior engineers, building and maintaining applications and APIs using Django and React, optimizing application performance, and collaborating with the Product Management team.
The role requires writing and maintaining automated tests, creating technical documentation, participating in code reviews, and monitoring emerging technologies.
Candidates should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong sense of ownership and empathy for users.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in Python programming.
Proficiency in a JavaScript framework, preferably React/Redux, along with HTML and CSS.
Demonstrated experience with object-oriented programming in Python and web application frameworks like Django.
Knowledge of building and consuming microservices and experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, and MongoDB.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience using Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) automation.
Nice to have skills include familiarity with Redis, RabbitMQ, Celery, Jenkins, basic networking knowledge, container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, and exposure to Microservices Architecture.
