Requirements:

Candidates should have 4-6 years of experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software.
Strong expertise in full-stack development or backend systems is required.
Experience with Ruby on Rails or similar web frameworks is strongly preferred.
A background in financial systems such as accounting, billing, or payment processing is a plus.
Proficiency in designing scalable, high-performance software architectures is necessary.
Excellent problem-solving skills and technical leadership experience are essential.
Strong communication skills are required to lead technical discussions and align teams on key decisions.
Experience in mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of continuous learning is important.
Familiarity with modern engineering practices, agile methodologies, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure is expected.
