As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work closely with the CEO and CTO to bring products from 0 to 1.
You will have the autonomy to steer key architectural decisions and institute engineering best practices.

Requirements:

You must demonstrate ownership and drive by taking full responsibility for project deliverables, showing initiative, and proactively solving challenges.
A minimum of 4 years of intense experience in backend software development is required.
You should have experience in web application development and be language agnostic, but expected to demonstrate mastery in at least one language or framework.
You must be capable of creating and maintaining CRUD API endpoints and working with relational databases.
Familiarity with Docker, Azure, or GCP is necessary.
You should possess strong problem-solving skills to navigate engineering tradeoffs effectively, balancing speed with quality.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent hands-on experience in a software development role is required.

The position offers flexibility with fully remote work within the US.
Competitive compensation ranges from $120,000 to $200,000, along with a generous equity package of 0.25% to 1.5%.
