Remote Senior Software Engineer

Description:

• Cresta, a Silicon Valley company, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for their Insights team.

• Responsibilities include defining and detailing product requirements, designing software architecture, writing high-quality code for both frontend and backend, applying design patterns, and scaling distributed applications.

Requirements:

• Deep understanding and experience with modern front-end frameworks/tools like React.js, Webpack, and Node.js for complex web applications.
• Ability to define and build robust APIs using different protocols such as Websockets, REST, and RPC frameworks.
• Experience in database schema design, query performance optimization, and building reactive products.
• Appreciation for observability as a core principle and familiarity with application performance monitoring.
• Preferably proficient in coding with TypeScript and Go.
