Remote Senior Software Engineer

Description:

• The Senior Software Engineer will be part of the App Engineering team at Lark, contributing to building and scaling the services for Lark’s health coaching application.
• Responsibilities include collaborating with other teams, developing new features, refactoring existing backend systems, and contributing to the React Native mobile application.
• The role involves defining and reviewing projects, mentoring junior engineers, ensuring code quality, and upholding coding guidelines for data security and privacy.

Requirements:

• Expertise in designing APIs and working closely with product, designers, and engineers to create optimal solutions.
• Knowledge of AWS technologies like MySQL, Lambdas, MSK, EKS, and experience with React on web or mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in database schema design, sprint planning, and Agile methodologies.
• A Master's in Computer Science or equivalent work experience is required.
